David A. Gabriel, 55, of Green Bay, beloved husband of Iris (Rios) Gabriel, departed this life on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at his home, with his wife at his side.
David was born on December 9, 1960 in Kenosha, WI son of JoAnne (Stujenski) Gabriel and the late Allen Gabriel. David was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving on submarines. He worked as a Professional Painter. David loved the outdoors, nature and animals. He enjoyed working on computers, and his stereos. He will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Iris and his mother Joanne Gabriel. He also leaves five step children: Ive, Nerry, Rose, Marie, and Nelson. David also leaves two sisters: Mary (Steven) Rouse and Heidi Gabriel, along with his nieces, Elizabeth Callaway, Emily Rouse, and a nephew Eric Rouse, in addition to numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 30th from 4-7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home , 340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
