Danny Joe Beverly Sr., age 81, of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, February 6, 2022. He was born January 1, 1941 in Twin Falls, ID, son of the late Egbert Beverly and Kathleen Farenholtz and was a graduate of Twin Falls High School, Class of 1959.
Danny married Betty Thomas, September 11, 1960 in Twin Falls, ID and they shared 61 years of marriage, raising their 3 children together. Early on in his life, Danny was a police officer, serving the community of Wells, NV. He was a cowboy on The Boise Ranch in Nevada. Later he owned several of his own businesses, including a furniture shop in Florida and a financial planning operation in Washington. He retired from Crystal Finishing where he worked as a Tool & Die Repairman. His many careers allowed him to share his talents as a born leader.
Danny liked to stay busy building things and loved working with his hands building dollhouses for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, tending his gardens and cooking delicious meals. He also had several collections including firearms, coins and photos. First and foremost, Danny loved spending time with his family. They were his pride and joy.
Danny Sr. is survived by his wife, Betty; his 3 children: Vicki (Jim Morrison) Collins, Veronica (Rob) St. Clair and Danny (Kathleen) Beverly Jr.; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 3 sisters: Julia Pritchard, Marvella Hubbs and Velda (Ray) Thompson. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Edward, Frank and Leo Beverly.
