Daniel Mleziva

Daniel John Mleziva, 51, died unexpectedly from natural causes on Sunday September 4th, 2016. Dan was born on October 6th, 1964 to Doloris and the late David Mleziva in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He graduated from East High School, then proudly served in the US Army where he met and married Jill Metzler. After being stationed in Germany, then Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Dan completed his stint in the Army, and remained in North Carolina to attend Sandhills Community College. After graduation they returned to Green Bay, where his son John was born in 1989.

Dan was employed by STS/AECOM for 21 years and later by DeBauche Communication Services.

Dan enjoyed the outdoors including tennis, gardening, fishing, hunting and camping. Working out at the YMCA was a favorite pastime, especially when able to do so with his son, John. Dan also enjoyed reading history and autobiographies, watching FOX News and talking politics. He and John enjoyed Sunday's watching one football game after another.

Dan will be sadly missed by his son, John (Jennelle), close friend, Jill, mother, Doloris, sister, Darlene and children Christine and Brian, sister, Denise Van Ven Roy, brother, Donald and children Benjamin, Kenneth, Katrina and Mitch, brother, Dale, brother, Dave Jr (Lisa) and children Devin and Dustin. Dan was proceeded in death by his father, David L. Mleziva Sr, brother-in-law, Dale R. Van Ven Roy, Aunt Dorothy Wanek and Mr. Jinks.
