Dale J. Farvour, age 61, passed away unexpectedly after a short illness on Thursday, March 15, 2018.
He was born on December 18, 1956, in Green Bay to Harvey & Carol (Rosik) Farvour.
Dale graduated from Green Bay East High School in 1975. He enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard in 1978 and proudly served for four years. After being honorably discharged from the Coast Guard, Dale attended DeVrey University where he graduated with a degree in electronics. Dale was employed by the FAA for over 30 years. He continued his education as the technology updated. He retired in 2016.
He enjoyed sailing on his sailboats and spending time on the water.
Survivors include his sister, Ginger Farvour; mother, Carol Farvour; two nephews, one niece and one great-nephew.
He is preceded in death by his father, Harvey; brother, Lawrence "Larry" Farvour.
Private graveside services will be held at Allouez Catholic Cemetery where Dale will receive full military honors.
The family would like to thank the staffs of Aspirus Hospital and Aurora Baycare Hospital for their care for Dale and his family.
