Cynthia M. Drake

Cynthia M. Drake, age 71, passed away on Thursday July 13, 2023 at Bellin Hospital with her family by her side. She was born on July 21, 1951 in Green Bay the daughter of the late Merle and Jacqueline (Biemeret) Wagnitz. She was united in marriage May 17, 1971 to David D. Drake, the love of her life, and a month later graduated from Ashwaubenon High School. Their marriage was blessed with two children. Cindy loved birds, whether they were outside at the feeders or raising the cockatiel that hatched at home. She treasured the time spent with her family.

Cindy is survived by her husband of 52 years, David, one son, Shawn (Saroeun) Drake of Florida, one daughter, Brandi Drake, five grandchildren: Bo, Tanner, Jessie Drake and Sabrina and Sierra Drake; eight sisters and brothers: Debbie (Tom), Vicky, Becky (Bruce), Craig, Kevin, Brad (Liz), Blair (Denise), and Tabitha; she is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Pam, and many brothers and sisters-in-law.

Friends and family may visit at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave on Friday, July 21, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm with a memorial service to follow at 3:00 pm.
