Cindi was born 12/26/1963 in Green Bay as child number 5 to Grace and Albert DeBauche. She lived a rich life full of friends and family who loved her dearly. She passed away after a short battle with lung cancer early in the morning on December 28th 2023. She was determined to spend one last Christmas on this earth and see her 60th birthday.
She was a graduate of Green Bay East High School, class of 1982. Cindi has always been a collector of good people and remained close with many friends from grade school, junior high and high school right up to the end. Many of her classmates attended a living tribute to her only weeks before her passing. One last party-that's how our girl rolled.
She was employed with Presdio out of Boston for the last 9 years and Convergys in Appleton prior to that. She loved her coworkers and ranked many from both companies among her closest friends.
She was a life-long Packer fan and enthusiastic supporter of all Wisconsin sports teams. Yelling at refs and announcers over a Captain & Diet with her family and friends was a favorite pastime. She loved wine, day drinking, reading on her patio, bonfires with her son, and vacationing with her girlfriends. She was a gracious hostess and generous soul. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
Cindi is survived by her son Tyler DeBauche and granddaughter Lydia DeBauche, siblings, Ken (Jill) DeBauche, Barbara (Edward) Snook, Patricia DeBauche, John (Dawn) DeBauche, Karen (James) Gratke. And many nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by parents Albert and Grace (Miller) DeBauche.
She had too many dear friends to call out by name, but wanted to recognize her sisters from different misters Tammy Thomas and Nancy Loberger for being her "it takes a village" supporters.
The family would also like to extend a special thank you to her nurse Gina, social worker Kang, and all of the support staff and doctors at Unity Hospice.
Cindi did not want the formality of a funeral, preferring instead an epic bash to celebrate her life. Please join her son and siblings at The Woods 530 Erie Rd, Green Bay, WI 54311 on Saturday February 17th from 1pm-5pm . A day drinking Saturday-she'd be pleased. And she would want you all to wear your best "day drinking" shirts.
In lieu of flowers, she asks that any current or former smokers be tested for lung cancer or donate to the following worthy charities that thought of her in her time of need:
Baggin for a Cure
Fighting Cancer with Grace
Phils's Friends
