In loving memory of Cynthia (Cindy) Bayless. Cindy passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 2, 2021.
Cindy was born February 24, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois, to the late John and Rose Bayless. When she was seven, the family moved to Manitowoc, Wisconsin and a few years later to rural Mishicot where she fell in love with nature. Cindy was Valedictorian of her class in 1956 and went on to spend her working years as a secretary, but should have been an ornithologist as birding was her greatest passion. She had many good friends in the birding community with whom she traveled both locally and world-wide in search of another allusive bird for her life list. Cindy enjoyed volunteering at the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary, the Botanical Garden, and the Salvation Army.
Cindy is survived by a brother, Allan Bayless, a sister, Susan Nassif and five nieces and nephews.
Donations in Cindy's honor could be made to the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary.
