On July 29, 2021 Constance passed peacefully after a 10 month battle with cancer. As would be expected she put up a diligent fight to the very end.
Born November 11, 1935 in Algoma, Wisconsin to Constant and Geraldine LuMaye.
Connie attended various grade schools in Green Bay and graduated from Green Bay East High School in 1954 as a member of the National Honor Society, Camera and Masque Gavel clubs. After graduation, Connie worked at various pharmacies to include Ford Rexall, Empire and Brock's.When Brock's closed she moved to Midwestern Life and Health Insurance Company after which she became a supervisor at Aetna Insurance Company. In 1986 she left for Van Gemert Memorial.
Connie and Gerald Van Pay were married on September 3, 1956 at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral. They lived in Green Bay all of their working life. While Jerry retired a few years earlier they then moved to Egg Harbor, Wisconsin and wintered 12 years in Florida where they cherished their time with friends and family.
Survivors include her son Bradley (Susan) Van Pay, grandchildren Adam (Shannon) Van Pay, Amanda (Zach) LeDocq, great-grandchildren Brady, Ellie, Addilyn, Brexlee and Payton.
She is proceeded in death by her husband Gerald and her parents.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Newcomer- Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay, Wi) from 9 am to 11 am. Constance will be laid to rest at Allouez Catholic Cemetery & Mausoleum.
