Collette Ann Raab, 77, Green Bay, passed away peacefully with her family by her side Wednesday, August 28, 2013. She was born September 21, 1935, in Milwaukee to the late Elmer and Vera (Borresen) Klumb. Collette enjoyed cooking, sewing, taking trips to the casino, and spending time with her family. She had an outgoing personality that always made others laugh and smile.
Survivors include her 5 children: Vera (David) Petrasek, Robin Gallant, Barry (Juste) Raab, Becky (Al Morin) Raab, and Tammy (Don) Beauleau; grandchildren, Shawna Petrasek, Taylor Gallant, Tia Beauleau, and "Billy"; brother, Paul (Janelle) Klumb; and long-time friends, Bonnie Magistrelli and Louise Raab.
Collette was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Glenn Raab; and son-in-law, Don Gallant.
Per Collette's wishes there will be a celebration of her life at Brett Favre's Steakhouse, 1004 Brett Favre Pass, Green Bay, on Wednesday, September 4, 2013, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
Collette's family would like to extend a very special thank you to "Nurse Jan" who has become a member of the family and Dr. Gail Carels who has taken such good care of mom over the years.
