Colleen Marie (Larson) Cichocki was born on May 8, 1960 in Green Bay WI. Daughter of Richard and Marjorie (Halverson) Larson.
On Dec 14, 2022, surrounded by her loving family, Colleen passed away; her sister Cindy held her hand as she took her final breath. At the age of 62, her short battle with cancer is finally over. We take comfort in knowing that her pain has ended and that she has joined her husband of 28 years, Thomas Cichocki; who preceded her this past Oct.
Colleen was passionate about life; she had a spark that ignited fun and friendship wherever she was. She loved engaging in conversation, she never held anything back when she expressed her opinion. She loved going to The Pancake Place and getting the chili stuffed hashbrowns; it would take her 3 days to finish it, but she enjoyed the leftovers as much as the first bite. She enjoyed listening to live music & singing it for days afterwards. She enjoyed road trips with her husband; the fishing trip to North Dakota where they sunk the boat on the first day was a favorite tale. She loved spending time outdoors and in her garden. Playing cards and spending time with her family on a Friday or Saturday night was always something to look forward to.
Colleen is survived by her daughter Kelly (Austyn Schroeder) Johnson; her step-daughter Lonna Cichock; her step-son David (Stacey Danz) Cichocki; granddaughter, Brittany Cichocki; sister, Cindy (Luann LaViolet) Larson; nephew, Tom Anderson; as well as many other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Cichocki; her son, Shawn Johnson; her father, Richard Larson; her mother, Marjorie (Halverson) Larson; her sister, Catherine (Larson) Anderson; along with many aunts and uncles who have led the way to peace.
A joint memorial is planned for Colleen and Thomas Cichocki. Time and location is waiting for confirmation.
