Catherine "Cathy" Kozlowski, 75, of Abrams, beloved wife of 55 years of Thomas "Tom" Kozlowski, departed this life peacefully on October 13, 2019 at Bellin Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Cathy was born on February 15, 1944 in Oconto, WI daughter of the late George and Margaret (Heider) Jendrusiak. She graduated from Oconto Falls High School class of 1962. She met Tom in high school and they were later married on December 21, 1963 at Abrams United Methodist Church. They made their home in Abrams raising their three children. She was a loving homemaker taking excellent care of her family. In her spare time she enjoyed, fishing, camping, knitting, crocheting, "puzzers" and playing on the "puter". Cathy had a wonderful sense of humor "if you knew her". She was quick witted and it really resonated with her family and friends. She was known for the excellent bread she made. She loved raising her Yorkies, Hannah and Bailey.
She is survived by her husband, Tom and their three children: John Kozlowski, Tracy (Jeff) Folts, and Trisha (Carla Quinn) Kozlowski. Cathy also leaves her brothers: George (Marie) Jendrusiak, Charlie (Wanda) Jendrusiak, Larry Jendrusiak and a sisters in-law: Rosemary Jendrusiak, Joyce (Jerry) LaViolette, Sue (Mike) Roulette, Sandie (Charlie) Brzoznowski, Pat (Richard) Groeschel, Doris Kozlowski, and brother in-law, Bill (Renee) Kozlowski. Cathy also leaves her beloved grandchildren: Jesse Konen, Josh Kozlowski, Rachael Kozlowski, Falicia (Steven) Brabant, and Thomas Folts along with great grandchildren: Zoe Andrews, Zaiden Kozlowski, and Everleigh and Alaina Brabant. Cathy also leaves numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by a grandson, Cory Folts and a brother, Kenny Jendrusiak.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 20th from 1 PM - 4 PM at Newcomer - Green Bay Chapel. A service celebrating Cathy's life will follow at 4 PM in the funeral home. Burial will be private. Given Cathy was a huge Packer Backer (and it's game day) come in your Packer gear, cheese heads and all, Cathy would have loved that!
