Carol Longard

Carol Jean (Fonder) Longard, 69, Green Bay, went into the arms of Jesus on Monday, September 21, 2015. Carol was born to the late Chester and Alma (Barlament) Fonder on January 23, 1946 in Green Bay, and married the love of her life, Loren Longard on October 16, 1965…She will celebrate their Golden Anniversary on streets of gold! Together, they lovingly shared their home with many friends and too many animals to count. Carol truly touched lives wherever she would go. Her personality and zest for life brought sunshine, no matter what came her way.
Carol is survived by two brothers and one sister, Cliff (Jan) Fonder, Lakewood; Roger (Reta) Fonder, Maricopa, AZ; Donna (Jack) McNeill, Suamico; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Audrey (Jerry) Honkanen and Elsie Longard, Green Bay; Raymond Longard, Suring; many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Carol is also survived by Heather (Dave) Warpinski, who was very much like a daughter to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her mother-in-law, Irene Longard; sister, Marion (and Edward) Stachura; and sisters-in-law, Jean Fonder and Linda Timm.
Friends and family may visit on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 1 to 3 P.M. at WOODLAND WORSHIP CENTER, (760 Airport Drive, Hobart), with funeral service at 3 P.M. with Pastor Bob Wetzler officiating. Burial will be at Hickory Cemetery, rural route Suring, WI.
