Carol D. Heim, age 89, of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, February 14, 2024, with her loving family at her side. She was born in Milwaukee, WI, January 8, 1935, the last of 10 children of the late Frederick and Marie (Peir) Noeske.
Carol attended schools in the Milwaukee area. She was an amazing caretaker and worked as a CNA for Americana Nursing Home in Green Bay for many years. Carol married the love of her life, Lawrence Heim in the 1980's and together they raised their blended family with love. They owned and operated The Country Junction in New Franken. Larry passed away 12 years ago.
Carol was an avid Packer fan and loved entertaining a house full of family and friends for the games. She enjoyed camping and was a gifted seamstress. Her family fondly remembers her for her amazing talents in the kitchen and will treasure her delicious recipes.
Carol is survived by her 5 children: John (Kristina) Kuehlwein, Jacqueline (Dan Donlevy) Barrette, Judy Stumpf, Julie (significant other, Dave Hock) Minten and Jennifer Smith; 11 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by parents, her husband, Larry, her 3 brothers and 6 sisters.
Private services will be held by Carol's family.
