Bradley "Flip" Lenss

April 1, 1956 — February 10, 2025

Green Bay

Bradley P. Lenss, 68 years old, passed away peacefully with Cyndi, his wife, and two sons by his side, on February 10, 2025 after a short battle with cancer. Born April 1, 1956 to the late Richard and Elizabeth (Johansen) Lenss in Green Bay, WI.

After attending St. Phillip grade school, graduating from Preble High in 1974, he went to NWTC and started his career in Automotive at Woody Jepsen’s. From Woody’s he took his career to Broadway Automotive starting in 1981 and retiring in 2021.

Brad had a passion for musky fishing that started in childhood in Phelps, WI on North Twin Lake in the summers. He continued to make yearly trips to Phelps with his two sons, family, and friends musky fishing. He visited St. Germain often with his wife to fish and visit where they were married on a pontoon boat. He enjoyed hunting, especially turkey hunting, and Nascar. He cherished every moment spent watching his grandkids play sports, fishing with them, and bringing them to the zoo, creating memories that will last forever. He was known for his great stories, kindness and always wanting to help others. Brad recently celebrated his 20-year sobriety with his good friend, Tom Nelson and many other friends at the 218 Club.

He leaves behind his beloved wife of 29 years, Cyndi Lenss; children: Matt Lenss, Adam (Kelsey) Lenss; stepson, Chad (Miriam) Mitchell; and grandchildren: Anna, Eli, Grace, Rowen, Rylee, Emily, James. Brad is further survived by his sister, Pamela (Robert) Hunner, brothers: Dickson Lenss (special friend Lorell), Peter (Anne) Lenss, Andrew Lenss and lifelong friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cyndi’s parents Dora and Stan, and his brother, Scott Lenss.
