Bonnie L. Stalter

Bonnie L. (Zasada) Stalter, age 57, of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, November 24, 2017. She was born June 13, 1960 in Green Bay, daughter of the late James and Donna (Walters) Zasada.

Bonnie married Peter Stalter, April 2, 1983 in Green Bay and they shared 34 years and raised 4 children. She was a faithful member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church.

Bonnie enjoyed crafting, crocheting, baking, knitting and cheering on the Packers. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and her fur babies. She is fondly remembered as a "firecracker" with a unique sense of humor that could make you laugh until your stomach hurt. Bonnie had a kind and generous heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her most important roles were being a loving wife, proud mother and grandmother.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Pete; her children: Bobbie (Sean) Crikelair, Peter (Andreya) Stalter, Theresa Stalter and Nathaniel (Katie) Meyer; 4 grandchildren: Meghan, Cagen, Kiersten and Noah; a sister, Lisa Jensen and 2 nieces, Carrie (Sean) DeWane (their 2 children, Sean Jr. and Kinnley) and Anna Butterfield. She is further survived by her 4 sisters-in-law; 2 brothers-in-law; dog, Scrappy; her cat, Simon and 4 grand-furbabies: Stella, Jazzie, Jackson and Bella.

Visitation will be held at NEWCOMER CREMATIONS, FUNERALS & RECEPTIONS (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay), Friday, December 1, 2017 from 11 AM to 2 PM. A funeral service will follow at 2 PM with Rev. Scott Malme officiating. Interment will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park.
