Bonnie J. Pleshek

Bonnie J. Pleshek, 55, Lakewood, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, Wednesday April 17, 2013. She was born May 11, 1957, in Green Bay to Ralph and Betty (Payette) Martell. Bonnie was a hardworking, outgoing, and crafty person who was very friendly to everyone who knew her. She enjoyed sitting out in the sun on hot summer days.

Bonnie will be greatly missed as a wife, mother, grandmother, and daughter. She is survived by her husband, Michael "Lightning" Pleshek; daughter, Stephanie (Dennis) Ponton; son, Albert "Willie" (Rose) Vanden Plas; grandchildren, Kayla and Dennis Ponton and Albert "Waylon" Vanden Plas; mother, Betty Martell; brothers and sisters, Tom (Margaret) Martell, Linda (Doug) Stacie, Judy (Dick) Cleveland, Sharon (Pat) Vanlieshout, and Tim (Quinn) Martell; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her father, Ralph and grandson, Daniel.

Family and friends may call Sunday, April 21, 2013, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, from 9:30am until 11:30am. A memorial service will be celebrated at the funeral home on Sunday at 11:30am.
