Bonnie E. (Baker) Leroy, age 75, of Green Bay, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2016 at home. She was born August 20, 1940 in Green Bay, daughter of the late William and Elaine (Schilling) Baker.
Bonnie was employed as a waitress at the Golden Basket in Green Bay for over 20 years and enjoyed her work very much. After she retired from the Golden Basket she was self-employed in cleaning service. She loved to cheer on the Green Bay Packers.
Bonnie is survived by her children, Kathleen (Jerome) Nowak of Crivitz, WI and Mark (Kathy) Boerschinger of Oconto, WI; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Katherine (Hudson "Bud") Witz and Mary (the late Edward) Stodola; brothers William Baker and Bear Lonewolf; 3 nieces; 2 nephews and a great-nephew.
Friends and relatives may call at the NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, (340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay), Thursday January 7, 2016 from 4 to 7 PM. Visitation will continue at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, Friday, January 8, 2016 from 10 to 10:45 AM with a funeral service to follow at 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials directed to the family are appreciated.
