Billy Todd Tourtillott

Billy Todd Tourtillott, 67, Green Bay, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 18, 2014. He was born January 31, 1947, in Oconto, to the late William Lloyd and Janice (Topel) Tourtillott. Todd proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp.
Survivors include his daughter, Janice; son, Patrick; siblings, Tammy (Tom) Macco, Scott (Lisa), Terry (Judy), Mark, and Wendy Tourtillott, Kim (Steve) Rhode, Peggy (Brad) Fedie, Bill, Chad, and Tom (Mae) Tourtillott; and many nieces and nephews.
Todd was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Cindy and Marsha.
Per Todd's wishes private services were held.
Todd's family would like to extend a thank you to the staff at Manor Care East Nursing Home.
