Born to eternal life on November 8th, 2022, at the age of 67, Bill Landry joined his parents in heaven.
Bill was born on January 7, 1955, in Green Bay to the late Leonard and Arleen Landry.
He attended Premontre High School, making many lifelong friends while there.
He married the love of his life, Renee Jandrin, on April 25, 1981.
Bill and Renee enjoyed 41 years of marriage together. They were blessed with two children, Amie and Westen. Bill looked forward to summer and being able to be outside all the time. He took great pride in keeping his yard immaculate. He was the envy of the neighborhood.
Bill was very outgoing, able to strike up a conversation with anyone. It could be some old friend, or someone Bill just met in a grocery store, Bill was always willing to trade a few stories.
It seemed like he knew everyone. Going out with Renee or traveling with his family, he always ran into some friend or acquaintance. He could talk to anyone about anything. He had a great sense of humor, and he made people laugh and feel at ease. Amie and Wes always talked about how he could talk, talk, and talk, and how he seemed to know everyone.
Bill worked at C.A. Lawton for 32 years and retired in 2005. He was a proud member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.
Bill kept in touch with many of his childhood friends, he was known to his friend as "Header"
Bill will be sadly missed by friends and family. While he died peacefully while in his home, his sudden passing will leave a void in his family's heart.
Survivors are wife Renee, his children Amie and Westen (Emily Coenen), his sister Sandy Beardsley, Judy Landry. Many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Arleen, sister Patty, mother-in-law Dottie Jandrin, and brother-in-law Tim Jandrin.
