Beverly E. (Seefeldt) Suchomel, 87, Green Bay, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, July 31, 2012. She was born December 3, 1924 to the late Walter and Martha (Krutz) Seefeldt.
Bev was a long time member of Grace Lutheran Church and belonged to the Lois Circle for many years. She enjoyed, cooking, fishing, and traveling to foreign countries and has been to almost every state in the U.S. Bev loved going to plays at the Weidner Center and playing bridge and cards with family and friends.
She is survived by one brother, Ralph (Clara) Seefeldt; 2 nieces, Merle (Jim) Hanna and Linda (Gary) Kamicki; 2 nephews, Mike (Mary) Seefeldt and Walter Jones; and many cousins and friends.
Bev was preceded in death by her husband, John Suchomel; sister, Audrey (Frank) Jones; brother, Gordon (Ruby) Seefeldt; and sister-in-law, Marie Edith Sullivan.
Family and friends may call Friday, August 3, 2012 at Grace Lutheran Church, 321 S. Madison St., Green Bay, from 9:00am until 11:00am. A funeral service will be celebrated at the church on Friday at 11:00am with Rev. Julie Wrubbel-Lange officiating. Burial will be in Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
A memorial fund has been established in Bev's name.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Grandcare Nursing Center.
