Barbara Kratz

Barbara Kratz, age 54, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 9, 2022. She was born in Wisconsin the daughter of the late Robert and Beulah (Sachs) Jasman. Barb was a graduate of Preble High School in 1986. She was a cook at several restaurants in Green Bay including Grandma Gerties, Blackstone, Zepplins, and Tom's Drive In. Barb loved the outdoors and going camping. You could often find her with her grandchildren, or at amusement parks, and loved family traditions, like baking cookies. For as much of a perfectionist she was, she was also a big goof-ball. Barb and her life-partner, Paul were avid dart league players, and they enjoyed hosting parties, playing pool, and being the life of the party.

Barb is survived by her life-partner, Paul Dobratz, three children: Cassondra (Brandon) Hogan of South Carolina, Tyler Kratz of South Carolina, and Joshua Dobratz of Green Bay; five grandchildren: Alana, Jourdan, Wyatt, Randall, and Grayson; and one brother, Tim Jasman; she is further survived by aunts, cousins, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and three uncles.

Friends and family may visit on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Bethel Lutheran Church, 1350 Bond Street, from 1:00 pm until 2:30pm with funeral service to follow at 2:30 pm. Private inurnment will take place at Fort Howard Memorial Park.
