Arthur Bates Jr.

Arthur Vernon Bates Jr. passed away at his home in De Pere, WI Tuesday, November 13, 2012 due to colon cancer.
Arthur moved to the Green Bay area in 2001 to pursue business opportunities related to his Interior Design career from Santa Cruz, CA.
He leaves his wife, Keri Bates; mother, Mary Bates-Loeffler, of Clovis, CA; and younger sisters, Georgianne Taunton, Melinda Hayward, Suzanne Davis, Jennifer Ruth and Aimee Labat.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, November 16, 2012, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 651 Pinehurst Ave., Green Bay, for all who would like to honor his memory.
The family asks donations be made in Arthur's name to the Missionary Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints if desired in place of flowers. Donations can be made online at www.ldsphilanthropies.org/missionary.
