Toni Baker, age 78, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay surrounded by her family, after a two-year battle with cancer. She was born February 22, 1945 in Green Bay, WI to Antone and Mildred (Monfils) Servais. Along with six sisters and one brother, she grew up in a lively home filled with love and laughter. Toni graduated from Green Bay West High School in 1963 and on June 25, 1976 she married the love of her life, William Baker, in Green Bay.
Toni worked for many years at Nelco and then at the front desk of Stellpflug Law until her retirement. She received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in 1978 and taught Sunday school at the Church of God and Central Church in Green Bay for many years. She and her husband made Christ central to their marriage, praying together regularly. Toni was a dedicated wife and mother of six kids, each of whom she was exceedingly proud. She enjoyed classical music, reading, sheepshead, bunco, Bible studies, family vacations, and spending time with her family. Family holidays were particularly important including Christmas Eve at her mother's house and Christmas day with her family at home. She was outgoing, fiery, principled, and will always be remembered for her intelligence, beauty, fun sense of humor, and direct personality.
She is preceded in death by her father, Antone Servais, stepfather, Robert Haskins, nieces, Shannon Saldana and Amilyn Genz, and brother-in-law, Jim Baker.
She is survived by her husband, Bill; children: Angela (Don Berquist) Lydia, Max Zalec, Paula (Andrew) Baker Henderson, Isaiah Baker, Mandie (Curtis) Baker Hall, and Justin Baker; her mother, Milly Haskins; siblings: Karen (Joe) Cisneroz, Vicki (James) Ward, Teri (Jay) Bartel, Mike Servais, Mary LeCapitaine, Jean (Bill) Fatla, JoAnn (Todd) Koss; eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews; brothers and sisters-in-law: Janice (Gary) Grady, Judy (Gene) Grady, Sue Baker, Mike (Barb) Baker, Tim (Pam) Baker.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI), Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 4 to 6 PM. A memorial service will follow at 6 PM with Pastor Aaron Schaut officiating.
