Anne L. Yusvak-DeGrave, 57, of Flintville (Suamico) passed away Friday, January 15, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital, surrounded by all of her daughters and family. Anne was born in Milwaukee on July 6, 1958. She grew up on a dairy farm in Flintville where she developed her lifelong love of animals. She graduated from Bay Port where she was active in choir and drama. She proudly raised 4 daughters. Throughout her life, she enjoyed shooting darts, journaling and blogging, trips to Sault Ste. Marie, Labor Day picnics in the back 40, and preparing her annual Christmas brunch. Anne was an active member in The Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians.
Anne is survived by her daughters, Zoé (Eric) Harkoff, Jenné (Aaron) Mullen, Roberta (Steven) Gaither, CaseyAnne (Greg) DeGrave; stepson, Daniel (Jamie) DeGrave; grandchildren, Valerie, Gracie, Ezra, Isaiah, Wyatt, Lawrence, Gabriel, Samuel; birth mother, Donna Devine; sisters, Mary Cotter (Tom), Kris Doan (Judy), Barbara (Rodney) Dorand, Janet Menard; special cousin Joanne (Jim) Reimer; other dear family members, and her beloved dog Punk.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Rita Yusvak; birth father Jerry Menard, and step-daughter, Reianna.
Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, January 22, 2016 from 9-11 AM at Ss. Edward & Isidore Parish (3667 Flintville Rd, Suamico). A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM with Fr. David Hoffman presiding.
