Anna Lynn Poplin, age 73, devoted Christian, courageous loving mother and grandmother, fighter until the end. A resident of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
Anna was born on December 14, 1948, in Green Bay to Norbert and Una (Levett) Watermolen. She is preceded in death by her parents, late husband, Kenny Poplin, sisters: Marlene (Walter) Allen and Beverly (Lloyd) Trudell.
Anna had a love for life, as a young woman she was actively involved in equestrian activities, whether riding, showing horses, or performing in shows. Later in life, she developed a passion for writing. She wrote several short stories that were family focused. Her favorite Sunday pastime was watching the Packers. Anna spent several months celebrating and getting ready for Christmas. She was a believer of "Christmas in July!" She always recognized the little things in life, every act of kindness towards anyone she met never went unnoticed. Anna had a gift for making people feel cared for.
She is survived by two sons: Terry Moore Jr. and Jason (Holly) Moore; three grandchildren: Alex Moore, Hailey and Lincoln Moore; one sister, Donna (Watermolen) Fialko, further survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
Friends and family may visit at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave on Friday, November 11, 2022 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm with a memorial service to follow at 6:00 pm with Father Tony De los Santos.
