Albert Jay Welch

Albert Jay Welch, 63, of Forestville, peacefully passed away at home on April 8, 2025. He was born on January 7, 1962 to Albert and Maxine (Orman) Welch at Manistique, MI.

Albert loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, he particularly enjoyed exploring Door County. He also enjoyed camping and traveling, and especially loved spending time with his family and friends.

Albert is survived by his son, Nathaniel (fiancée Beth) Welch; his daughters, Terra (James) Dahms and Amanda Carpenter; his sisters, Rhonda (Mark) Buechner, Diane Kerridge, Darlene Topel, Sharon (Troy) Hoover; and his brothers: Steve (Alice) Welch and Bobby (Lynn) Burns. Albert is further survived by his 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Junior Welch Sr.; his mother, Maxine Violet Orman; his brother, Alvin Welch; and his sister, Cindy Welch.

A Celebration of Life will be held by the family at a later date.
